The Villa
VILLA SUNRISE
Villa Sunrise is part of a new complex- a cosy villa with a spacious living room and open plan kitchen-diner area. The villa is a 4-6 person villa with 2 bedrooms.
The villa included everything you need to relax and enjoy your holiday in France.
Please notice: This is a non-smoking villa and pets are not allowed.
The Living Room
The living room has 2 leather sofas, and in the nook there is 2 large chairs that can fold out to beds of good quality.
There is a TV with DVD, a stereo with CD- and MP3 player.
There is ADSL for internet access.
The villa also contains a HP colour printer with installation CD.
A laminating machine to help you preserve all the holiday pictures.
All the above are included at no extra price.
Open Plan Kitchen-Diner Area:
A spacious open and light kitchen equipped with all the necessary modern items and a large dining table that seats 8 comfortably.
The Pantry
In the pantry under the stairs there is a washing machine, espresso coffee machine, ironing board, iron, ladder and lanterns.
There is also a diverse range of items like candles, plastic bags and other everyday items needed– we only ask that you replace them when using the last items.
Bedrooms
The main bedroom contains one double bed bedroom, tv, dresser, night stands and large closet. The other bedroom contains 2 single beds with night stand, closet and baby cot. Both have air conditioning units.
Bathrooms
2 bathrooms includes a toilet, sink and shower.
Outdoors
Villa Sunrise has a closed 30 m2 rooftop terrace with sunshine the whole day and a fantastic view of the Mediterranean sea- a sight that needs to be experienced!! The front terrace is an excellent place to enjoy breakfast at sunrise. Totally relaxing and peaceful.
The rooftop terrace has garden furniture and sun-lounges allowing you to sun-bathe in complete privacy. The front terrace has a table and 4 chairs. In the garden terrace there is a BBQ.
Swimming pools
50 m from the villa there is 3 swimming pools in a closed area (special keys are needed to get in-they are delivered with house keys when letting), 1 large pool, 1 heated pool and 1 children's paddling pool – very nice and relaxing.
The Garage
In the garage, which is located separately from the villa, there is a range of equipment that can be used.
- Mountain bikes with accessories
- Ski box – Thule 420 l
- 2 sets carving-skis 140 cm and 170 cm
- 1 golf set with caddy, golf balls, tees and extra driver.
